Education Initiatives

Kono Annual Prestigious Awards with a trade name KAPA, was birthed out of the need to help develop Kono district but especially to give back to a city and town that has birthed great sons and daughters all over the world who are making ways in various areas of life. Key among the objectives is to help facilitate the education of its youth. As members of Kapa, we understand that education is power and that is why we took the initiative to make donations of computers, scholarships, books and other stationery to schools.

While the organization seeks to help others in Kono Sierra Leone, it is important to note that the welfare of its members is paramount. KAPA takes steps to make sure are there to support each other when it is required.
